 Your responsibilities:
•    Monitoring and execution of maintenance measures in the field throughout Germany
•    Commissioning of new instruments and configuration of systems according to customer requirements
•    Troubleshooting and error analysis
•    Initial training for customers
•    Customer care and consulting

Your profile:
•    Completed vocational training as a mechanic, electrician or mechatronics engineer
•    Ideally with several years of professional experience in the field of service (but we also give recent graduates a chance)  
•    Excellent customer and service orientation
•    Willingness to travel throughout Germany
•    English language skills
•    Independent and structured way of working
